We are an ALL volunteer operation. No one gets paid. The Slash site needs volunteers for the following:
We need someone to man the entry gate. This person greets the incoming driver, collects the gate fee, and does a quick scan of the load for material the site doesn't accept.
We need 2 to 5 volunteers to watch for unacceptable material and to assist with the unloading if you wish. Gloves and long sleeves are suggested.
On Saturdays we need someone to man the Exit gate to collect the loader fees.
Each shift is 4 hours long. We supply water, light snacks, and
small building
