Answer: The phone numbers listed on the site are our home numbers, so we can't answer that. And there is no phone at the Site - Do you take Juniper?

Answer: The weather has to be a full blown blizzard or tornado to keep us from being open - Why aren't you open ...(I've got the day off).
Answer: Ah, everybody is a volunteer, we don't get paid, we do this because we're crazy(?). 10% of you come through the gate and say "Thanks", 80% say nothing, and 10% bitch because the line moves so slow. It would move faster if YOU were here helping. - When are you open?
Answer: Tue & Thu (5pm-7:30pm), all day Sat (8am-4pm). - Do I have to live in Black Forest to come to the site?
Answer: No. We don't care where you live. (although NJ is a bit far) - Do you take Cottonwood?
Answer: Yes. We DON'T take grass, weeds, lumber, trash, Yucca. We take tree cuttings (that includes evergreen shrubs. But not the roots. AND WE DON'T TAKE YOUR OLD FENCE! - What can I do with the rootball?
Answer: Set it out with the trash and attach a dollar or two. - What do you charge?
Answer: $10 per load. - I just want mulch.
Answer: Self load is free. On Saturday a frontloader will load you for $5/bucket. - I'm going to make 1 trip/30 trips this year.
Answer: $10/trip - we have a loyalty card, 6 trips for $50. The loyalty card never expires. - Can I get stumps or logs instead of mulch?
Answer: We dont take stumps. Logs, we take in 8 inches or less. You go diving. - What if someone brought in slash with beetles?
Answer: Don't worry. They don't survive the grinder.
